Skills Development Scotland is Scotland’s Careers Service. Skills Development Scotland offers careers advice, guidance and information to pupils in school, and to people of all ages in Scotland. Skills Development Scotland can offer free and impartial advice on education, training, careers and jobs.

Following the retirement of Mr Tocher at the end of 2017/2018 we are fortunate to be getting a new Careers Adviser starting at the beginning of the new academic year. We are delighted to welcome Lee Sherekete to the school and we look forward to her working with our pupils throughout the school. She can be contacted in the Careers Room, located just across from the school library. Pupils can drop in to make an appointment or organise this through their pupil support teacher.

During the first term of the new school year look out for an interview with our new careers adviser conducted by some of our My World of Work Ambassadors.
