The Launch of Fruity Fiesta Rice

The winners of the Caledonian Produce Challenge, Louise Murray, Fraser Wilson, Gemma Angus and Ross Nimmo went to Marks and Spencers in the Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh on Monday 8th June 09 for the launch of their Fruity Fiesta Rice. The salad item will go on sale in all Scottish M & S stores from Wednesday and if successful will be introduced in stores throughout the rest of the UK.

Fruity Fiesta Rice costs £1.99 with 20p from each sale being given to the Academy.
